The property benefits from various sea views and a private beach is only a 12-15 minute stroll away or 3-5 minutes by car. Private parking is available behind the beach. There is also a very pretty 12 x 5 meters swimming pool on a lower terrace in the garden with an independent guest cottage nearby.
