Isola Rossa acts for and on behalf of the owners of a selection of Italian coastal villas, small beach houses and apartments near Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano on the wild and beautiful Tuscan peninsula of Monte Argentario. These private properties are available for a weekly rental, mainly from April to the end of October - although in the high season of July and August, a two week or monthly rental is the norm. Many of the houses are “pieds dans l’eau” or have their own swimming pool, sometimes they have both. Some villas have the owners’ live-in staff such as cooks, housekeepers and gardeners attached to them. Most are located on the south west coast of Argentario, facing the archipelago of Giglio, Giannutri and Monte Cristo. |
