La Casetta is a charming and comfortable cottage set in the private grounds of villa La Cornovaglia. It enjoys wonderful sea views looking across the bay towards the romantic Torre delle Cannelle and out to sea towards the Isola Rossa and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. It is difficult to find small accommodation in the area, making this compact and practical home ideal for couples and small parties.
La Casetta is simply and elegantly decorated with a cosy living room and small but well-equipped open plan kitchen. All rooms feature large French windows and have beautiful views of the sea and garden. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The second bedroom is located in an annexe in the garden, which features a very pretty roof terrace. There is ample outdoor space and a large covered pergola with a dining table that seats eight people.
A short three-minute walk along a rough path takes one down to a lovely rocky cove where one can sunbathe and dive straight into the sea. It is an excellent spot for snorkelling. Following the coast round for five minutes brings one to the beach of Le Cannelle.
