Poggio del Crognolo

Poggio del Crognolo is a wonderful property consisting of the main villa - five double bedrooms with five en-suite bathrooms, two sitting rooms with home theatre TV systems, a dining room with a large window from which you can see the owners' vineyard, the swimming pool and garden.

There is a playroom with a billiard table and the kitchen is strategically placed with access to an outside terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with a dining area that can seat up to 12 people. There are ample sunbeds around the large pool and a changing room with a bathroom.

Outside there is also a lovely wisteria covered pergola, which can be seen from three of the five bedrooms. Ideal for summer living, there is a barbecue area overlooking the forest, with a table for 12 people with an outside seating area.

For those who like to work out vigorously, Poggio del Crognolo has an air-conditioned gym with various machines as well as a separate bathroom.

The property is very strategically located - just a short drive to Porto Ercole, with its myriad of fashionable shops and restaurants, to La Feniglia - the best sandy beach in Argentario and to the Cala Galera marina - the best place to rent a boat on the peninsula.
